I am very excited to be starting our third year of Leadership Roundtable Sessions this week. The enthusiasm for this year’s program is running at a very high level.
Seven 3-hour sessions, one per month, are held from March until September. Each session includes cutting edge business leadership training, insightful biblical instruction and lively interactive dialogue – each time looking to Jesus Christ as the ultimate model of a Servant Leader. I facilitate the sessions with the assistance of Tracy Weaver, Director of Risen Life Ministries. We also have a local subject matter expert speak at each session to bring personal insights into the subject for the day. The goal of the Leadership Roundtable is personal and professional transformation, as well as an overall transformation within the community.
It is very inspiring to see leaders within the communities of Alexandria, MN, Willmar, MN, and Marshall MN have the heart and passion for continued development and want to learn more about how they can positively impact the people within their sphere of influence.
The first year we had 20 leaders involved in the program. In 2012 we had 96 people participate. In 2013 we will have just fewer than 150 participants.
Last year during discussion at one of our final sessions, participants were discussing why they felt this training was so much more impactful than any they had ever attended in the past. The overwhelming feeling was it was due to the spiritual aspect of the training, and the presence of the Holy Spirit working in the leader’s hearts.
If you live in MN and have an interest in participating in 2013 the first year groups are scheduled as follows:
- Alexandria – Introductory Session – Thursday March 21
- Alexandria Group 1 – 2nd Tuesday of each month – April – September
- Alexandria Group 2 – 3rd Tuesday of each month – April – September
- Willmar – 2nd Friday of each month – March – September
- Marshall – 2nd Wednesday of each month – August – January
You can contact me at Mark@Triuneleadershipservices.com and I can answer any questions you may have and get you signed up. If you live outside of these areas, but you think your community might benefit from having their own Leadership Roundtable, you can touch base with me as well so that we could discuss possibilities to make that happen.
You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. – Ephesians 4:22-24
