Year 1 Leadership Roundtable Spring 2025

We hope you are off to a great start in 2025!

We are contacting you as you were recommended by a past Leadership Roundtable Participant as someone who might like to attend the Leadership Roundtable in 2025. This is the 14 Year Anniversary of Leadership Roundtable (LRT), and it has been a real blessing to have the opportunity to train over 1500 leaders on servant leadership during that time. We would love to have the opportunity to serve you if you have a desire to grow in your leadership journey!

As you are aware, LRT is a program that equips leaders with the knowledge and understanding to become a servant leader, and provides them with the tools to step into immediate practice. We base the training on the content of our founder Mark Deterding’s book ​Leading Jesus’ Way​, which outlines how to pattern your leadership after the ultimate servant leader – Jesus Christ. You will receive a copy of Leading Jesus’ Way as part of your participation in the training to use as a resource as we go through the training experience.

We are very excited to announce the 2025 Leadership Roundtable. We have conducted this LRT training experience over the years both in-person and in a virtual format via ZOOM. The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive in both formats. The online format allows participants to engage with leaders from around the state and country, which adds to the depth and impact of the experience.

This year, both options are available. The in-person groups will meet in Alexandria, MN; Willmar, MN; and the Twin Cities.

Sessions will be conducted every other week beginning in March and ending in early June, and will be facilitated by Triune partners Andrew Leikvoll and David Schmidgall.

For faith-based ministry partners like yours, we offer a 25% discount on LRT registration.

A major bonus of the training is the relationships that you build, and the learning that you receive from fellow leaders that are in the group. Based on the people that have been recommended, we are very excited about this year, and why we feel you will benefit so much from participation.
