Throughout the training, you will build your personal Leadership Portrait — a profound tool that will support you to lead like Jesus, both professionally and personally.

Understanding of how you can bring your faith into how you lead in order to draw out the best from yourself and others
A manual for building energy, relationships, performance, and character within yourself and the team you lead

Year 2: Coach Approach
(Prerequisite: minimum of 1 Year LRT attendance)
Fostering Servant Leadership
As the next step in your servant leadership journey, you will learn how to take a “coach approach” to fostering servant leadership in others, both professionally and personally. Jesus was a fantastic model of taking a “coach approach” as He worked with His disciples to prepare them for Kingdom work after He was gone. Key learnings will include how to partner with people in driving performance and the specific skills of an effective coach.

Leadership Roundtable was the first step I made in becoming a better Christian leader. Leadership Roundtable introduced me to the idea of servant leadership. Over several years of training I was introduced to Members of Unity Foundation. I attended their meetings and learned so much from watching and listening to how these spiritual leaders talked to each other, treated each other, strategized together and made decisions together. I was exposed to what kind of a leader I wanted to become. I am a small business owner. In the last 3 years my team has grown from 6 employees to 34. We have successfully built an egalitarian culture with servant leadership at the foundation. We are a work family. We celebrate together and mourn together. But most importantly we pray for each other.I will forever be thankful to Mark Deterding and Leadership Roundtable for answering the call to teach leaders how to become servant leaders.
